Full Tilt Poker (the "Company"), will conduct the Promotion substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:
Australian Poker Hero: Airing across Australia on WIN/NBN & Channel 9, Australian Poker Hero (the "Show") will feature contestants playing in a 6-handed single table poker tournament where the winner will be awarded with a package to the 2010 Aussie Millions Main Event valued at $15,000 AUD as well as $10,000 AUD donated to the charity of their choice.
Please note that the Promotion is open only to Australian residents.
A. Dates of Promotion: The Promotion will be conducted beginning Monday, July 13th 2009 and ending on or about Sunday November 22nd, 2009.
B. How to Enter: Qualify for the (the "Show"), Australian Poker Hero by winning a seat on Full Tilt Poker.
Beginning Monday, July 27th 2009, log on to www.fulltiltpoker.org (the "Website") and click on the Promotion icon. Once on the "Promotion Page", you must register for an account in order to access the poker software application (the "Poker Room"). Enter your name, address, and telephone number according to the provided instructions and create a user name and password. Once you have created a user name, log on to the Poker Room to begin participating in the promotion." Full Tilt Poker will conduct daily Multi Table Freerolls ("Round 1 Freeroll") where the top ten (10) participants will win entry into a Austalian Poker Hero Round 2 Freeroll ("Round 2 Freeroll"). Round 1 Freerolls will begin Monday, July 27th 2009 and run through till Sunday, November 22nd 2009. Participants who win a Round 1 Freeroll will be automatically registered for the next available Round 2 Freeroll.
Winners from each Round 2 Freeroll will receive an Australian Poker Hero prize package.

C. Obtaining Promotional Prize(s): If a participant cannot be contacted from the information provided on the Full Tilt Poker.org registration forms, the Company reserves the right to disqualify that participant at its sole discretion. Winners will be contacted via phone and/or email Winners will be required to return contest release forms and agreements to the company in order to claim prize.
Each winner of a Round 2 Freeroll Tournament will be provided with a Australian Poker Hero prize package. The Australian Poker Hero prize package consists of:
- Economy class airfare to and from Melbourne for the winner and a guest (both of which must be at least 18 years of age)
- Transfers to and from Crown Casino from the Melbourne Airport
- Three (3) nights at the Crown Hotel in Melbourne (single room, double occupancy)
-Dinner for one night at Crown Casino for both the winner and a guest (both of which must be at least 18 years of age)
- A seat on the TV Show Australian Poker where they are eligible to win the final prize valued at $25,000 AUD
While in Melbourne, winners of the Australian Poker Hero prize package will be required to attend certain production shoots that will be determined by the producers of the Show (the "Producers") Winners must be available during the Show’s production schedule and on the dates selected by Sponsor. If the Show is not produced or if the Show’s production is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed prior to Winner’s trip, or in the event that any prize component is not available for any reason, then the remaining elements of the prize shall be awarded and shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to winners and no additional compensation will be awarded.
Due to the nature of television, the broadcast date and time of each first run episode of the Show is subject to change.
Prize package winners who are selected to appear on the show are not guaranteed to have their experience aired on WIN/NBN or Channel 9, but will keep any prize money they win, if any regardless of whether or not they appear in the telecast.
The winner from each episode of Australian Poker Hero will win the following prize package.
- A package to the 2010 Aussie Millions Main Event valued at $15,000 AUD. This package includes:
1. Entry into the 2010 Aussie Millions Main Event valued at $10,000 AUD
2. Eight (8) nights’ accommodation at |Crown Promenade Hotel valued at $2,800 AUD
3. $1,000 AUD travel allowance
4. Participation in all Full Tilt Poker events that will occur at the 2010 Aussie Millions, valued at $1,200 AUD
Players must wear Full Tilt Poker and only Full Tilt Poker branded merchandise in order to participate.
The sponsor reserves the right to restrict which charity is chosen. The Sponsors decision is final. This $10,000 AUD donation will be awarded on behalf of Full Tilt Poker. Full Tilt Poker reserves all media rights surrounding this event, including the usage the participants name and image for media, marketing or public relations purposes.
Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry as determined by the Company in its sole discretion. Any prize package winners are subject to a background check. Participant assumes any and all liability for acceptance and use of the prize package. Only one (1) entry per person. Only one (1) prize package per person for the Promotion. Participants are restricted to use of ordinary and typical computer equipment and internet access. The Company disclaims all liability for the inability of a participant to complete or continue an entry due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond the Company's control, or otherwise. The Company disclaims any liability for delayed or late entries due to technical difficulties or transmission errors. The Company disclaims all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by electronic transmission. The Company is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant's ability to participate in the Promotion, and any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the
By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner(s) grant the Promotion Entities permission to use their names, biographical information, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other Promotions in any and all media, now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating, where allowed by law, participants agree that the Company may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Promotion to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes

By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Company. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion, or otherwise participate in the Promotion or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. The Company will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Promotion and the Company's decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Promotion is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Company, the Company reserves the right to terminate this Promotion, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Company deems appropriate. ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION, TELEPHONE SYSTEMS OR WEBSITE, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPATE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Each participant may be required by Company to submit proof of eligibility to claim the promotional prize(s). Void where prohibited. Company may substitute promotional prizes, amend the rules, or discontinue the Promotion at any time as may be posted on the website. The Promotion is subject to change at any time. The Promotion is a package of promotional prize(s) and cannot be segregated or otherwise separated by the participant. All promotional prize(s) are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. The conduct of the Promotion is governed by and interpreted under the applicable laws of Alderney, British Channel Islands which law shall take precedence over any rules, terms, and conditions which may be contrary to or inconsistent with those as stated above. Any dispute hereunder shall be exclusively determined under Alderney law by an Alderney court having competent jurisdiction within Alderney.
